PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE: Art Therapy Skills Course. (90 hours CPD)
We are currently running two Art Therapy Skills Courses. One commenced in October 2011 and the second course started on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of January 2012. The next course will commence in October 2012 to March 2013. To qualify as a course participant on the Art Therapy Skills Course you must have prior training in a relevant field of therapeutic intervention. Alternatively, participants will have participated in the Dublin Art Therapy Studio Introduction to Art Therapy Course and the Dublin Art Therapy Studio Foundation Certificate in Art Therapy Course, or equivalent, and at the same time be working in a relevant therapeutic field.

The Open Studio is a space for the exploration of self-expression and creativity.
We offer an open, highly expressive, and extremely positive arts environment where you can freely express yourself using art materials or alternatively you can become involved in a workshop directed by the Studio’s Art Therapists.
The Open Studio is suitable for:
- Continuing experience of the therapeutic use of Art having had training in Art Therapy.
- Those who have completed our Introduction to Art Therapy Course or the Foundation Certificate Course or the Professional Art Therapy Skills Course.
- Artists who wish to experience art as a therapeutic tool to further their own personal creativity.
- Self-developmental purposes.
